As you may have already figured out, the Catherine Hickland Appreciation Site is no longer active. A great deal of time and care was put into both versions of the site and I was very proud of the finished product. However, I do not believe I can contribute to the site and do it justice. While I have no doubt that Catherine Hickland is as wonderful, sweet, and caring as many people describe her to be, unfortunately my experience in meeting her did not reflect that. She was kind but stand-offish, picking and choosing who was worth the time to speak with, and I felt that it was based on appearance. As someone who is already insecure about myself it just made the whole experience very bittersweet and definitely not worth the time and money I put into it. I guess I just can't appreciate someone who so hung up on "beauty" that what truly matters (who a person is on the inside) is ignored. Thanks to everyone who offered comments and feedback about the site. ~Sarah~
